Commission is calculated on qualifying subscription revenue actually received by GloSites. It excludes VAT, advertising spend, payment-processing charges, third-party costs, refunds and chargebacks.

Partner rules
- Partners operate independently from GloSites.
- Partners cannot change prices or offer unauthorised discounts.
- Partners cannot enter contracts on behalf of GloSites.
- Partners cannot promise launch dates, acceptance or guaranteed results.
- GloSites controls quotations, contracts, billing and delivery.
- Commission is paid only on successfully collected qualifying revenue.
- No commission is payable on refunded, disputed, fraudulent or unpaid transactions.
